Refund Policy

This Refund Policy was last updated on August 23, 2016.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with of of our products and services (herein “Products”). We are confident that if you do the work in the Products we offer, you will get results.

With that said, all of our Products require that all assigned work be submitted along with request for refund. If required terms are not met, no refund will be issued.

Unless otherwise noted, this policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds for any reason after 60 days from your date of purchase.

We understand that most of our users are honest, hardworking entrepreneurs. Please note however, that we monitor all site activity and any person found violating our Terms of Service will not be issued a refund under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to content scraping and/or Copyright or trademark infringements.

Some Products have additional terms and conditions that need to be met in order to request (and receive) a refund. See below for complete details.


Once your request for refund has received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please see PayPal’s Terms of Service for more information on their refund process.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account to see that the transaction isn’t pending.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unless otherwise noted, only regular priced items may be refunded.


Due to the nature of our Products, we do not offer exchanges of any type.


Launch Blueprint 2.0 — Online Business Made Easy:

Purchasers of Launch Blueprint 2.0 — Online Business Made Easy have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or 30 days from the course start date, whichever comes first.

Business Model Design for Online Businesses:

Purchasers of Business Model Design for Online Businesses have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Academy ELITE Memberships:

Academy ELITE Members who have received any number of “Strategy Sessions” will not be issued refunds under any circumstance. All other Academy ELITE Members have 21 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Pre-sale Products:

In addition to all other policy items have been met, Pre-sale items are not eligible for refund unless both of the following conditions have been met:

  1. No more than 14 days have passed since the product has been delivered. In the case of “drip-fed” courses, this refers to the 14th day after the first lesson has been delivered.
  2. No more than 60 days have passed since the original purchase date.

If you do not understand or agree to any portion of our Terms of Service or Refund Policy, please do not complete your purchase.

  2. Username
  3. Order Number
  4. Order Date
  5. Reason for requesting refund
  6. A detailed account of all required work
